Delivery and Returns

If you wish to return your item to us then you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be in its original condition and still sealed in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges and your refund will exclude the original shipping costs. We recommend that you use a reliable tracked courier service as it will be your responsibility to get the item safely to the correct address. We cannot be held liable if the item is not returned in its original condition.

We recommend that our customers check their painting upon arrival and notify us of any damage within 14 days of receiving their order. We inspect and photograph each painting that is in stock before they are sent out for delivery. 

To return an item, please email info@mainstreetfineart.co.uk. Please do not return the item until you have heard back from us. The item should be tracked to sign so that if the item is lost, stolen or damaged, you may claim compensation.

Framed items may be liable to a 25% re-stocking fee as they are all custom-built. If you have made suggestions for your frame i.e. colour or material, then these items cannot be offered a full refund. Hand-embellished items are custom produced and are non-refundable and non-returnable. For more information, please see our returns policy.
